No craving all day until craving hit right at 5pm.   5 o'clock somewhere. More chips and salsa/guacamole followed by AF beer.  6:05, cravings done.

Ready for a cup of tea!

Not sure how weight loss will happen when wine is replaced by chips/salsa/guac and near beer but oh well.  As long as I don't keep gaining!!  At least we were out of chocolate.....but I did check.....

    Forget about food calories for now. Forget about weight loss for now. As long as you aren't drinking booze or harming yourself or others it's all good. Nobody ever woke up with a guacamole hangover! :)

  2. That is so true about forgetting the calories. I never gained a lot of weight but ate massive amounts of chips and sweets. But when you add up the calories in all those drinks, you come out even, somehow. Hang in there. ; )

  4. Throw the scale away.
    Neither my husband nor I had weight loss when we quit drinking. It seemed impossible to be true, but it was.
    Just enjoy feeling good.
