Fri 5/15 - Blew off exercise.  Note:  wanted to fit it in, really!  Had sick kid at home and lots of work so I never "just did something"
Sat 5/16 - Pilates cardio 50 min
Sun 5/17 - strength trained 30 min, Glider cardio 15 minutes
Mon 5/18 - REST
Tues 5/19 - strength trained 30 min, rode upright bike for 15 minutes
Wed 5/20 - REST, not feeling great
Thurs 5/21 - REST, still didn't feel great
Fri 5/24 - Pilates cardio sculpt 50 min
Sat 5/25 - 60 min yoga, 30 min elliptical
Sun 5/26 - 13.5 mile bike ride (paved and unpaved)
Mon 5/27 - 3mi walk
Tues 5/28 - 30 min strength training
Wed 5/29 - REST
Thurs 5/30 - 25 min glider cardio, 30 min strength training
Fri 5/31 - Pilates cardio sculpt 50 min
